A very nice 1903 contemporary cased set of 4 Edward VII Silver Maundy Coins, produced by Spink & Son.

The Set consists of a 4 Penny, 3 Penny, 2 Penny and 1 Penny silver coins in very good as struck age-toned condition. The obverse with the bare head of the King as designed by G W De Saulles and surrounded by EDWARDVS VII D: G: BRITT: OMN: REX F: D: IND: IMP:. On the reverse is the crowned mark of value with 1903 date. The case is finished in green leather with: THE ROYAL MAUNDY MONEY on the lid.
