A complete period example of the MAGNA BRITANNIA – BEING A CONCISE TOPOGRAPHICAL ACCOUNT OF THE SEVERAL COUNTIES OF GREAT BRITAIN – By the Rev. DANIEL LYSONS and SAMUEL LYSONS – VOLUME THE THIRD CONTAINING CORNWALL – LONDON 1814.

Printed for T. Cadell and W. Davies, the Strand, London. The book is contemporary half brown calf on marbled paper-laid boards (calf corners), spine gilt ruled with the title LYSONS’ CORNWALL. The condition is fair due to the front and back cover having been restored. The spine is intact. It is complete with large folding Frontispiece Map of Cornwall and the 38 engraved plates, showing many fine views and Architectural Detail. The folding plates include: St. Michael's Mount, Land's End, Carclaze Tin Mine, Logan Stone & Cape Cornwall.

The pages are in good, clean condition, with very little foxing.
