1875 Leatherbound Church Bible by Eyre & Spottiswoode

A fine example of a medium sized leather bound Church Bible that was produced by George E. Eyre & William Spottiswoode for the British and Foreign Bible Society, in 1875.

The Bible is marked 'Appointed to be read in Churches'. Condition is very good with just a few scuffs to the leather, which has a nice moulded design decoration. The Bible is named to Henry Stiles and is dated May 18th 1876.
