c1880 Chinese Bronze Censer with Ming Xuande Marks

A good looking, Ming Dynasty style, polished brass coloured twin handled bronze censer, with tripod feet, in good condition.
The censer appears to be cast as 3 pieces (dish bottom with feet – neck – top collar with handles), that have been joined together. This is unlike later models which are spun from a single piece of bronze. The base carries an impressive four character reign mark of the Xuande emperor (1426-1435), with a very decorative coiled dragon, but this item was made later, possibly during the reign of the Guanzu emperor (1871 to 1908). The condition is good, with minor surface bumps and abrasions.
