c1890 Chinese Lacquered Cloisonné Sword Stick

A very nicely made mid to late Victorian Gentleman’s concealed Sword Walking Stick.
The stick is made of black lacquered malacca cane with a top handle of the same material. However, the handle is decorated with an applied cloisonné and coloured lacquer Dragon. The ferrule is hidden and base plug is made of brass. The handle pulls out to reveal a single edged sword blade. There are no maker's details that we can see. Condition is worn, but good.
