1811 French Model An XIII Cavalry Pistol Converted to Percussion


A really nice clean condition 1811 dated French Napoleonic era Model An XIII Cavalry flintlock pistol that has been converted around 1820 to percussion.

The pistol has the engraved manufacturer details of: Manufacture Imperial de Charleville. It has a smooth barrel of 17.5 mm calibre (.70 cal). It is properly proofed and in good working order. Complete and very attractive.

Please note that as an antique black powder pistol, this gun does not require a licence to own in the UK (other countries’ rules may vary), unless it is intended to be fired.
