1937 Art Deco Sterling Silver Eternal Desk Calendar

A very nice looking example of an Art Deco Sterling silver (925) and ebony wood Eternal Desk Calendar.

The calendar has a machine tool decorated panel and two windows which show the Month, the day of the week and the day. The position is controlled by 2 small wheels on the underside of the base. The silver is hallmarked with the Birmingham assay mark and the date stamp for 1937. It has the maker’s mark of W J Myatt & Co, of Graham Street & Frederick Street, Birmingham. Condition is good.
