Terms and Conditions


Please be fully aware that the following terms and conditions should be read carefully and that purchasing products off our website, www.paradeantiques.co.uk is recognition that you agree with all terms and conditions of use.

You can order products displayed on this website online using a debit or credit card, or by requesting a PayPal invoice. On receiving your order, we will send an e-mail confirmation and a further email will be sent upon its dispatch.

Prices

Parade Antiques make every effort to ensure prices remain accurate, though it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods we will inform you at the earliest possible time. We will use the contact details supplied by you on your order form, giving you the option to either reconfirm or opt for a refund. If the details on your order form are incorrect, or we are unable to reach you, we will hold your order for 1 month and then treat the order as cancelled. In the event of an order being cancelled, any refunded payment will be made in full. Please note this may take up to three days to reflect in your account.

If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will inform you via your online contact details, as soon as possible. In the event of a price discrepancy you have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund directly to your account. Please note this may take up to three days to reflect in your account.

Delivery

All delivery options can be viewed whilst shopping on the website, shipping costs include handling charges.

Our postage and packing charges cover delivery to destinations within the UK and most of the world. For deliveries to destinations not listed, please contact us for a quotation.

Under our standard next day delivery service we aim to dispatch goods within 1-2 working days, for delivery to destinations in the UK within 2-3. Please check product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products.

Deliveries from Parade Antiques are mostly made by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, but other premium courier services may be used. Our Courier services will require proof of identification and a signature plus either a delivery address, telephone number or mobile telephone number. Please ensure your delivery address has someone to sign for your goods or leave alternative delivery details within the special instructions when filling out your shipping form.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery, incorrect instructions, including mistakes on your order form. Goods not delivered within the delivery time stated can, at your discretion, be cancelled and refunded. Please note this may take up to three days to reflect in your account.

Please note we will make every effort to make amends for any discrepancy, however certain circumstances are sometimes outside the control of Parade Antiques i.e. Our reliance on our postal services.

If you purchase multiple items from Parade Antiques and we cannot complete any aspect of that order (due to stock discrepancies or other unforeseen problems) we will alert you as soon as possible and will dispatch the other items pending your approval of receiving an incomplete order.

Please contact us for complex delivery requirements or for deliveries on Saturdays.

Returns

We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but on occasion you may want to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If for any reason you decide that you no longer want your purchase from Parade Antiques you may return the product (having taken reasonable care of it/them, complete with packaging and all components) within 30 days from date of purchase, we will refund you immediately on receipt and verification of condition. Please note, shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a purchase from Parade Antiques that is faulty or not as described please contact Parade Antiques directly by telephone: 00 44 (0) 1752 221443 or via e-mail: enquiries@paradeantiques.co.uk. Please title your e-mail with the order number, include the relevant details (and photographs if necessary) in the email and Parade Antiques will arrange its return, with a full refund including the cost of return postage.

Our Responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we can be held accountable for.

You are solely responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of use for this website. If you knowingly, or unknowingly use this website in breach of the terms and conditions of use, you may be held accountable and be expected to reimburse us for any loss of trade incurred.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Parade Antiques will not be held accountable, if unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
